I was asked to join the communications department for 3 months to introduce a more strategic and long-term perspective and help to identify and develop the necessary marketing tools. 3 months were extended to 14 months. Together with communications department I outlined a more clear identity for the Swedish trade council and how it could be communicated to achieve a higher understanding of their full offer in the market. I also coordinated projects within sales, delivery, HR and marketing. The result was a new name, logo, profile, corp. language and communication concept.
